DELIVERY & RETURNS
When will my order be shipped?
Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
If you are not going to be home to sign for the delivery, you will need to give us authority to leave your order without getting your signature.
If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.
Our Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering the most effective and potent products anywhere and are confident that you will be totally satisfied with our products. However, in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer the following returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you:
- have a change of heart; or
- have ordered the wrong product; or
- tried our product but were not happy with it
You are welcome to post it back to us within 60 days.
All you need to do is:

Name, contact number and the order number if you have it. We can track your purchase in our database.
Return the goods to:

There is only one condition that applies to this policy: We will not refund the cost of freight (either to or from you).
Incorrect or incomplete orders
If the order was incorrect or incomplete, we will either (at no cost to you):
- replace the incorrect items with the correct items; or
- supply the correct items; or
- refund your money, as appropriate
Please notify us in the same way as for refunds as above.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
