Recommended servings:
LIFE – 1 medium-heaped teaspoonful daily. Add it to water or non-dairy yoghurt or just take it as the powder and follow with a full glass of water.
KAM – 1 scoop daily in water or a non-dairy smoothie or yoghurt or in foods. Add to omelets, pancakes, savoury scones, beaten eggs for soaking bread slices and fried in macadamia nut oil, muesli, tomato soup or juice, as a crumb for chicken breast fillet chunks (stir-fried in macadamia nut oil and a small knob or butter) or a host of other savoury uses.
KCP – 2 capsules a day and once or twice a month, take 6 capsules morning and night for 2 days. Repeat this elevated serve regularly.
