Recommended servings:
LIFE – 1 medium-heaped teaspoonful daily. Add it to water or non-dairy yoghurt or just take it as the powder and follow with a full glass of water. Remember, no red, crimson to dark purple fruits should be served with dairy or whey products. Milk protein permanently binds an important antioxidant class ()the anthocyanins) and we can only excrete it, not absorb it.
KAM – 1 scoop taken daily – add it to a little water (add your daily serve of LIFE too if you wish) and down it goes. To get a little bit fancy, add the scoopful to a non-dairy smoothie or yoghurt or in foods eg an omelet, pancakes, savoury scones, beaten eggs for soaking bread slices and fried in macadamia nut oil, muesli, tomato juice, as a crumb for chicken breast fillet chunks (stir-fried in macadamia nut oil and a small knob or butter) or a host of other savoury uses.
KCP – 2 capsules a day and once or twice a month, take 6 capsules every 6 – 8 hours for 2 to 3 days. Drink lots of water to flush out the nasties.
